I’m a traditional sauna healer from the Lakeland, Sauna Region of the World, Central Finland.
I´m a guide to the immaterial saunaculture and the spiritual side of saunatraditions. Finnish sauna culture has been inscribed on UNESCO’s Intangible Heritage List 2020.
Traditional sauna healer is a trustworthy guide to the sauna. I do guided sauna rituals and ceremonies including runes, spells and songs, herbal treatments including traditional healing leaf whisking. I provide a safe space to experience the magic of sauna.
